Posisi Barback di La Favela bertugas sebagai pendukung utama operasional bar dengan membantu bartender dalam menjalankan aktivitas harian outlet secara lancar di industri hiburan malam. Peran ini mencakup persiapan stok minuman, pengambilan suplai alkohol ke area penyimpanan, penggantian tabung (kegs), pembersihan gelas kosong dan area meja (bussing), serta menjaga kebersihan stasiun kerja setiap bartender. Kandidat yang dicari memiliki inisiatif tinggi, pengetahuan luas mengenai dunia minuman, dan siap bekerja dalam fleksibilitas waktu malam hari akhir pekan.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for assisting Bartender to run the bar; Participates in all outlet’s activity; Ensure there is always enough back up spirits; Run to the storage area to get alcohol if any bartender runs out; Change kegs when/if required; Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar (called bussing); Wipe down tables and bar tops; Re-stock garnishes and mixes; Always ensure there is enough clean glassware; Re-stock ice when needed; Maintain clean rags in each bartender’s station.
Kualifikasi: Proven experience with minimum of 1 years in the same field; Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage; Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded; Valid bartending certification is preferred; Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the nightlife industry.
