BANCASSURANCE SPECIALIST (SUKABUMI)

About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bancassurance Specialist to join PT PFI Mega Life Insurance in our Sukabumi location. As a Bancassurance Specialist , you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our banking partners, with the goal of driving sales of our insurance products and services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within the organisation. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote insurance products and services through our banking partners

Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at our partner banks Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the bank's customer base Achieving individual and team sales targets in line with the company's objectives

What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bancassurance or sales role within the insurance industry Strong understanding of the insurance and banking sectors, as well as the regulatory environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
