Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker or in a similar position. Knowledge of bread, pastry, and bakery production techniques. Familiar with bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and dough sheeters. Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Able to follow standardized recipes and production schedules accurately. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to product quality and consistency. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
