About the role Bloominghaus is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baby Gym & Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team in North Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in nurturing the physical development, social skills and emotional wellbeing of our youngest learners. As a Baby Gym & Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside our experienced educators to create a safe, stimulating and developmentally appropriate environment where infants and toddlers can explore, learn and grow. This role is essential to our mission of providing high-quality early childhood education that sets a strong foundation for lifelong learning. What you'll be doing Assisting with the planning and implementation of age-appropriate physical activities, games and movement exercises designed to support gross and fine motor development Supervising and supporting infants and toddlers during structured baby gym sessions, ensuring their safety and encouragement throughout Assisting lead teachers in the classroom with daily activities including meals, nappy changes, rest time and transition activities Observing and documenting children's developmental milestones and progress, sharing observations with parents and lead teachers Supporting the creation and maintenance of a clean, safe and welcoming learning environment that meets health and safety standards Building positive relationships with children and families, communicating effectively about daily activities and developmental progress Assisting with the organisation of classroom materials, resources and equipment to support learning and
