• Lead and supervise AVSEC officers in daily security screening operations (passenger, baggage, and cargo)
• Ensure all aviation security procedures comply with regulations and company standards
• Monitor and control screening effectiveness and security activities in assigned area
• Provide guidance, coaching, and briefing to team members
• Handle security incidents and escalate issues when necessary
• Coordinate with airport authorities and related stakeholders
• Prepare reports on security performance, incidents, and daily operations
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of security equipment
• Education & Certification:
• Minimum Senior High School (SMA) diploma; Diploma (D3) is preferred
• Candidates with backgrounds in Aviation, Management, Security, or related fields are preferred
• Must hold a valid AVSEC License with at least 3 months of validity remaining before expiration
• Must possess a minimum Junior AVSEC Certificate
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an AVSEC personnel
• Experience as an AVSEC Team Leader or Coordinator is preferred
• Competencies:
• Strong understanding of national and international aviation security regulations
• Able to communicate effectively in English , both spoken and written
• Familiar with aviation security SOPs and airport/hangar operational procedures
• Demonstrates strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Capable of managing teams and resolving operational issues effectively
• Possesses good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations
