The AVSEC Team Leader is responsible for leading screening operations and ensuring aviation security compliance across all areas.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and supervise AVSEC officers in daily security screening operations (passenger, baggage, and cargo); Ensure all aviation security procedures comply with regulations and company standards; Monitor and control screening effectiveness and security activities in assigned area; Provide guidance, coaching, and briefing to team members; Handle security incidents and escalate issues when necessary; Coordinate with airport authorities and related stakeholders; Prepare reports on security performance, incidents, and daily operations; Ensure proper use and maintenance of security equipment; Education & Certification:; Minimum Senior High School (SMA) diploma; Diploma (D3) is preferred; Candidates with backgrounds in Aviation, Management, Security, or related fields are preferred; Must hold a valid AVSEC License with at least 3 months of validity remaining before expiration; Must possess a minimum Junior AVSEC Certificate; Minimum 3 years of experience as an AVSEC personnel; Experience as an AVSEC Team Leader or Coordinator is preferred; Competencies:; Strong understanding of national and international aviation security regulations; Able to communicate effectively in English , both spoken and written; Familiar with aviation security SOPs and airport/hangar operational procedures; Demonstrates strong leadership and decision-making skills; Capable of managing teams and resolving operational issues effectively; Possesses good communication, coordination, and reporting skills; Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications; Able to work under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations; Personal Attributes:; Possesses a strong work ethic and positive attitude; High level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness; Disciplined, assertive, and responsible; Maintains a neat and professional appearance and upholds the company's image; Demonstrates leadership qualities, accountability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
