Posisi Auto Electric Foreman bertanggung jawab memastikan seluruh kegiatan pemeliharaan kelistrikan memenuhi prosedur perusahaan, termasuk pembuatan laporan, pemecahan masalah (troubleshooting), perencanaan penghentian operasional (shutdown planning), serta kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dan lingkungan.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure the maintenance department goal are achieved by following the procedures set by the company; Ensure all employees report accurately every shift; nalyze component condition and Ensure the correct procedures are use when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures; Plan and Coordinate shutdown work in cooperation with Supervisor; Ensure a safe work environment to all employees by ensuring all activities are carried out according to the work procedures in company and management plan; Ensure no impact on the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring the procedures are followed; Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe; Ensure all disciplinary actions are issued as required in accordance with Company rules.
