Posisi Assistant Teacher berperan penting dalam mendampingi guru utama untuk menciptakan suasana kelas pra-sekolah yang kondusif, aman, dan ramah anak. Tugas Anda meliputi membantu pengelolaan kelas yang berisi hingga 16 anak, mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar yang interaktif, serta memerhatikan perkembangan fisik dan sosial setiap anak. Selain itu, Anda akan berkolaborasi erat dengan tim pengajar dan staf sekolah lainnya untuk memastikan standar kesehatan serta keselamatan siswa senantiasa terjaga. Posisi ini juga memberikan kesempatan bagi Anda untuk terus belajar dan mengembangkan kompetensi di bidang pendidikan anak usia dini melalui berbagai sesi pelatihan internal.
Tanggung jawab: Classroom Management: Help manage a classroom of up to 16 children, ensuring a safe and welcoming space; Activity Planning: Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play; Child Development: Observe and support each child's growth in language, motor skills, and social interactions; Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their child's progress and address any concerns; Health and Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all students; Teamwork: Collaborate with your co-teacher and other staff to enhance the learning experience; Professional Growth: Participate in training to stay updated on early childhood education practices.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred); Fresh graduates are welcome; Experience working with young children, especially in a nursery or preschool (preferred); Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships; Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
