The Assistant Store Manager - F&B is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including sales, service, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness standards. This role involves leading, coaching, and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs, while ensuring compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring store performance, taking corrective actions, managing staff scheduling, and conducting performance appraisals. The Assistant Store Manager also controls store-level costs, optimizes productivity, handles customer feedback, and executes in-store marketing programs. Collaboration with the Area Manager and support departments is essential to ensure store needs and initiatives are met.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B or retail industry; Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
