Assistant Store Manager F&B bertanggung jawab mengawasi operasional harian toko, termasuk manajemen penjualan, layanan pelanggan, inventaris, dan kebersihan. Peran ini menuntut kepemimpinan dalam memotivasi tim untuk mencapai target penjualan dan KPI kinerja. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas memantau kinerja toko, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP serta standar keamanan pangan, mengelola jadwal staf, serta mengendalikan biaya operasional. Assistant Store Manager juga berperan dalam menjaga kepuasan pelanggan dan berkolaborasi dengan Area Manager untuk inisiatif toko.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily store operations including sales, service, inventory, and cleanliness; Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs; Monitor and analyze store performance, taking corrective action when necessary; Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards; Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance appraisals; Control store-level costs and optimize productivity and efficiency; Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback professionally; Execute marketing programs and promotional activities in-store; Ensure stock accuracy, inventory turnover, and proper product display; Collaborate with Area Manager and support departments.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B or retail industry; Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
