Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan gudang bahan baku, mencakup pengawasan stok, akurasi inventaris, serta koordinasi dengan bagian produksi. Peran ini menuntut pemahaman mendalam mengenai alur keluar-masuk barang, perhitungan stok (stock opname), serta penerapan metode FIFO/FEFO untuk menjaga efisiensi operasional. Selain itu, asisten gudang akan berurusan dengan dokumen PO, jadwal produksi, dan jadwal pengiriman. Peran ini membutuhkan kepemimpinan yang kuat untuk memimpin tim, serta kemahiran dalam menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan sistem SAP atau ERP untuk pelaporan data yang akurat.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, Warehouse, Inventory Control, or Production Planning; Experience in garment/apparel or manufacturing industry is preferred; Fresh graduates can be considered if they have strong Excel/data skills and relevant internship experience; Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management; Understanding of stock in/out, stock balance, stock opname, FIFO/FEFO, and inventory accuracy; Good understanding of PO, production schedule, delivery schedule, and inventory control; Strong leadership and able to lead a team; Proficient with Microsoft Excel, SAP or ERP system; Proficient in English both written and Spoken.
