Job Responsibilities: Maintain production achievement in batch. Maintain overall production performance by QSDCM (quality, safety, delivery and morale). Maintain yield, UPH and TML every process of the production line and collaboration improvement with Engineer team \. Leading group leader and operational support for achieving the overall production floor KPI. Make sure delivery was can fulfill and ship to customer without any delay. Follow up production issue to the related department to make sure all line can run smoothly without any bottlenecks. Checking all production data and balance the working hour of operator. Scheduling internal inventory for production floor. Requirements: Able to speak in English. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory or team leader role, preferably in lithium battery, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing. Working knowledge of yield analysis, UPH (Units Per Hour), and line efficiency/loss metrics, with the ability to collaborate with Engineering on improvement initiatives. Familiarity with production scheduling, manpower/shift planning, and internal inventory management.
