Sebuah toko retail kecantikan asal Korea yang berlokasi di Central Park Mall 2, Jakarta Barat, sedang mencari Assistant Manager untuk mendukung operasional harian toko. Peran ini bersifat praktis (hands-on), di mana asisten manajer membantu manajer dalam memimpin tim, mengawasi operasional buka-tutup toko, melayani pelanggan secara langsung di lantai penjualan, serta mengelola inventaris dan pelaporan penjualan harian.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily store operations, opening and closing; Lead and supervise part-time staff across shifts; Serve customers and drive sales on the floor (hands-on); Manage stock, inventory, and store presentation; Handle cash and daily sales reporting.
Kualifikasi: Prior retail experience; Management or supervisory experience preferred; Experience in a cosmetics or beauty retail store strongly preferred.
