We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced candidate to join our team as a Assistant Logistic Manager.
Job Purpose Lead the Logistics Team to ensure all operational and inventory control requirements and objectives are effectively achieved. Train, guide, and develop team members to meet competency standards and support the achievement of company goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities Manage and direct logistics activities—including receiving, storage, issuing, packing, and shipping—to ensure effective and efficient operations. Lead and coordinate the logistics team to consistently meet customer requirements.
Implement and ensure compliance with approved operating procedures within logistics operations. Monitor and evaluate operations to identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct regular reviews of manpower, equipment, and material utilization to maximize efficiency.
Ensure all inventories are accurately managed and maintained at 100% accuracy. Oversee the receiving of goods (raw materials and finished goods) and all outbound shipments. Ensure timely and accurate data entry, with all required reports submitted on schedule.
