The following outlines the primary duties and responsibilities : 1. Financial Reporting and accounting : Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow). 2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Managing the annual budget process and providing financial projections to the executive team.
3. Audit & Compliance: Coordinating internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with tax laws, SOP and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). 4. Cash flow management : involves monitoring liquidity, managing financial controls, reviewing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and optimizing working capital usage. Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting 2. Minimum 5 to 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, cost accounting or financial analysis, ideally in manufacturing including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. 3. Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
4. Deep understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). 5. Proficient in using ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oodo) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 6. Fluent in English (both written and verbal) for corporate communication.
7. Willing to be placed in Hyderabad - India
