Key Responsibilities 1. Full-Cycle Accounting Standardization & Reporting: Oversee daily accounting operations, audit financial vouchers, expense reports, and payment documents to ensure absolute compliance with GAAP, PSAK, and internal corporate policies. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes strictly within corporate deadlines, and prepare accurate financial management and analysis reports for the Board of Directors. 2. Cash Flow Management & Internal Controls: Oversee regular and rigorous reconciliation processes for accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), fixed assets, and manufacturing inventory (organizing periodic stocktaking). Establish and continuously improve financial internal control workflows to mitigate risks and enhance working capital efficiency.

3. Tax Kepatuhan & Bonded Zone Risk Control: Take full accountability for the precise calculation, monthly declaration, and annual reporting of all company tax components (including but not limited to VAT/PPN, PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 26, and PPh Article 4 paragraph 2). Manage annual corporate tax returns (SPT) and coordinate tax audit defenses with a solid understanding of customs regulations under Bonded Factory conditions. 4. Audit Coordination & File Standardization: Act as the primary anchor for annual external financial audits, manage financial archives systematically, and seamlessly execute specialized financial assignments directed by top management.

Job Requirements (Qualifications) Education & Experience: 1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Fiscal Management from a reputable university. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing Finance & Accounting, with at least 2-3 years at a Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager level within a large-scale, export-oriented manufacturing firm.

2. Bonded Zone & Taxation Expertise: Robust and practical expertise in operational tax practices and regulations strictly within a Bonded Zone / Bonded Factory (Kawasan Berikat) ecosystem. Holding a Tax Brevet A & B certification is highly advantageous. 3. Financial Analysis & Abnormal Issue Troubleshooting: Outstanding proficiency in financial data analysis, internal operational review, and a proven ability to detect, investigate, and rectify financial anomalies or discrepancies within operational workflows.

Language Proficiency (Critical Requirement): 1. Mandarin: Professional working proficiency (fluent in spoken and written business communication) is highly preferred to facilitate direct, unhindered reporting and alignment with expatriate executives and the Board. 2. English: Working proficiency for professional correspondence, corporate reporting, and handling global ERP system modules and international auditors.
