Paradisus by Melia Bali Nusa Dua adalah resor bintang 5 yang menawarkan pengalaman menginap tak terlupakan bagi tamu. Kami mencari kandidat berbakat untuk bergabung dalam tim kami yang dinamis. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk membantu Executive Housekeeper dalam mengelola operasional departemen housekeeping, memastikan kebersihan dan kerapian seluruh area resor.
Kualifikasi: Proven experiences minimum 2 years in a similar role at 5-star Hotel / Resort; Ability to train & develop the staff, innovate & implement new ideas, build skills, morale, and demonstrated effective leadership skills including delegation skills; Proficiency in English (oral and written); Excellent communication and people skills; Good organizational and multitasking abilities; Problem-solving skills; Time Management efficiency.
