Responsibilities: Assist in obtaining, analysing, and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, and process flowcharts Support in preparing and presenting audit results and documentation
Provide independent insights to help ensure compliance, transparency, and achievement of organizational goals Help identify control gaps and suggest risk mitigation and cost-efficiency strategies Maintain open communication with supervisors and relevant teams
Contribute to documentation of audit procedures and preparation of audit findings memos Participate in follow-up reviews to assess management’s actions on previous recommendations Engage in continuous learning about industry regulations, standards, and best practices
Requirements and skills: Final year student or recent graduate in Accounting or a related major Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is a plus
Basic understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations, and procedures Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with internal and external parties
