We are looking for a warm, professional, and proactive finance mandarin speaker to be the first point of contact for our company.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and maintain the company's freezer asset database, ensuring all asset information is accurate and up to date; Monitor the allocation, installation, relocation, transfer, and retrieval of freezer assets across all operational areas; Coordinate with Sales, Vendors, and Operations teams regarding freezer deployment, maintenance, and asset recovery; Conduct regular physical asset audits and reconcile freezer asset records with field reports to ensure data accuracy; Prepare periodic asset reports, including inventory status, asset utilization, maintenance, damaged assets, and asset recovery; Job Requirements:; Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills; Detail-oriented with high accuracy in managing asset records; Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines; Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
