The Asisten Bulking is responsible for managing the distribution of CPO and Kernel from the mill to the bulking station and customers. This role involves planning, monitoring, and ensuring that all operational processes comply with company SOPs. The incumbent will oversee the quality of CPO and Kernel, manage maintenance for machinery and transportation, and handle administrative duties related to shipping and permits. You will also be responsible for maintaining health, safety, and security standards within the working environment.
Tanggung jawab: Create action plans for CPO and Kernel distribution from the mill to bulking and customers, and supervise the ongoing processes to ensure compliance with SOPs; Check conformity and report daily inventory and quality of CPO and Kernel to the bulking head to ensure quality meets sales contracts; Create periodic reports related to CPO and Kernel distribution to ensure smooth operations; Perform periodic maintenance checks on machinery and transportation at the bulking station to ensure they are in good condition; Handle administrative tasks for CPO and Kernel shipping documents and routine reports (daily/monthly) for internal and external parties (Harbormaster/KSOP); Apply for permits related to all bulking and trucking activities; Maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in the work area; Perform other duties assigned by superiors according to company goals and norms.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics at a palm oil plantation company; Understand the business processes of palm oil plantations and mills; Understand bulking operational processes, shipping transportation, and CPO/Kernel delivery; Mastery of tank storage costs and budgets; Possess good leadership and managerial skills; Detail-oriented, firm, and possesses good communication skills; Willing to be placed in Kalimantan.
