Job Description: Responsible for overseeing and managing all sales operations within assigned territory. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, effective execution of sales strategies, and the development of strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other key partners including strong execution from company’s direction. The Area Sales Supervisor also plays a critical role in leading, coaching, and supporting the sales team to drive performance, implement promotional initiatives, and maintain alignment with the company’s overall sales objectives.
Requirement: Bachelor degree from any majors, preference from management At least have 3 years experience in Sell FMCG product.
Having experience as area sales supervisor in FMCG company minimum 2 years Strong leadership skills and able to lead a team. Communicative, persuasive, and able to build good relationships with customers and teams.
Understand the work area and have good relationships with local outlets/distributors. Mastering sales strategy and product distribution. Have the ability to analyze sales data and make reports.
Able to work with targets and pressure in the field. Familiar with Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM application (if any). Ability to travel within the Area as needed and willing to be placed anywhere according to company needs
