Job Description Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage and develop the assigned sales territory effectively.
Expand product distribution through potential outlets based on designated categories. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors within the assigned area. Drive market development for TACO products, particularly PVC Board, Hardware, Flooring.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator, preferably in the building materials industry. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Experienced in managing distributors and distribution networks. Target-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated. Possess a valid SIM A (driver’s license) and able to drive a car.
