Supervisor role managing sales, distribution, and marketing in North Sumatra region. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mencapai target penjualan (Sell In & Sell Out), memperluas area distribusi, mengeksekusi program pemasaran secara efektif, serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan distributor, anggota tim, dan pelanggan di wilayah penugasan Sumatera Utara.
Tanggung jawab: Achieve sales targets (Sell in & Sell out) and expand distribution area; Execute marketing programs effectively; Monitor and maintain good relationships with distributors, team members, and customers in the assigned area; Implement company programs as principal representative alongside distributors; Conduct business review, analysis, and market intelligence; Handle administration and reporting; Manage the North Sumatra region; Job Requirements:; Minimum S1 education or equivalent; Experience as a supervisor, preferably from food or frozen food industry; Distributor, Sales, and Distribution Management; Route to Market (RTM) and Sell In & Out Analysis; Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboard); Trade Promotion & Activation; Forecasting and Demand Planning; Valid driving license (SIM A); Honest, persistent, communicative, active, and innovative; Strong teamwork and coaching capabilities.
