JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Negotiate to win independent & institution on premise account. Develop coverage plan, negotiate to acquire new account, lead & supervise team toward excellent coverage execution, monitor & evaluate team productivity, ensure brand visibility in the outlets.

REQUIREMENTS : Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, any major. At least 3 years of working experiences as Sales Supervisor in FMCG specializing in Sales – retail.

Required skills: negotiation, interpersonal, planning & organizing. Willing to be placed in Medan
