We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team in Bali for various leadership positions. As an Area Relationship Manager, you will lead and manage daily activities within the department to ensure smooth and effective operations. You will develop work plans, implement operational strategies, and monitor team performance against KPIs to ensure business targets are achieved. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and service quality, while motivating and developing team members to reach departmental goals.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage daily activities within the assigned department or area to ensure smooth and effective operations; Develop and implement work plans, operational strategies, and process improvements in line with company objectives; Monitor team performance, evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure targets are achieved; Identify operational challenges, analyze issues, and implement effective solutions; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency; Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals; Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi: Candidates with experience at Supervisor to Manager level are welcome to apply; Relevant experience in the respective functional area is preferred; Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and achieve business targets; Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively; Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage; Willing to be placed in Bali.
