We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple business units within our Beauty Group , including Salons, Spas, Wellness Centers, and Beauty Services . If you are a strong leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Multi-Store Manager, or Branch Manager , preferably in the Beauty, Salon, Spa, Wellness, Aesthetic Clinic industry. Proven experience managing multiple outlets and leading high-performing teams. Strong track record of driving sales growth, profitability, productivity, and operational excellence . Ability to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and develop effective action plans. Results-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
