As the Area Operations Coordinator, you will take on a vital role in leading, optimizing, and overseeing retail store operations across the Jawa Barat region, specifically covering Bandung and Cirebon. You will serve as the primary operational link between company headquarters and multi-store teams to drive sales performance, enhance customer experiences, and guarantee flawless brand execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular store visits, analyzing area performance metrics, collaborating closely with merchandising and visual merchandising teams, and coordinating with logistics and marketing departments. You will also participate directly in various operational activities such as store openings, pop-up stores, bazaars, and exhibitions to ensure operational excellence across all locations.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee the operations of multiple retail stores within an assigned area; Ensure stores meet sales goals, operational standards, and customer satisfaction benchmarks; Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and address issues; Coordinate with the Trainer team to ensure the store team meets the company standards an achieve operational excellence; Analyze area performance data and develop action plans for improvement; Working closely with the Merchandising team regarding stock and promotional activities; Working closely with the Visual Merchandising team regarding store display to increase sales; Coordinate with logistics and marketing to ensure smooth operations and promotional programs are implemented well; Involve in all operational activities, including store opening, pop-up store, bazaar, exhibition, etc; Requirements:; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations with supervisory responsibilities; Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills; Ability to manage multiple stores and teams effectively; Familiarity with retail KPIs and performance analysis tools; Proven experience in doing data analysis for generating insights and boost stores performance; Has good leadership and mentoring skills; Willing to frequently travel for work.
