PT PANORAMA WISATA HANDALAN membuka kesempatan bagi profesional Architecture berpengalaman untuk bergabung dalam tim. Peran ini memegang kunci utama dalam konseptualisasi, perancangan, serta pengembangan proyek komersial terbaru di seluruh Indonesia.
Tanggung jawab: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and design innovative architectural solutions; Preparing detailed technical drawings, plans and specifications for construction; Ensuring all architectural designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards; Providing on-site supervision and support during the construction phase; Liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver projects successfully; Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies and best practices.
Kualifikasi: Degree in Architecture or a related field; At least 5 years of experience working as an Architect, preferably in the commercial/retail sector; Strong proficiency in using CAD software, sketchup, 3D Max, Revit, Lumion, Vray, Enscape and other design tools; Excellent technical drawing and visualisation skills; Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standards.
