PT. Karangmas Sejahtera Bali mencari arsitek berpengalaman untuk bergabung dengan tim kantor pusat. Peran ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan eksekusi desain arsitektur inovatif untuk proyek-proyek perhotelan. Arsitek akan berkolaborasi dengan manajemen, kontraktor, tim QS, serta tim proyek lainnya untuk memastikan desain selaras dengan visi brand, kebutuhan fungsional, dan standar keberlanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for hospitality projects; Collaborate with the project team, including site architects, engineers, and interior designers; Conduct site research and analysis; Prepare conceptual sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models using architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp); Present design concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients; Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices.
