Sebagai Arsitek di Pangkat Dua, Anda akan bergabung dengan tim desain untuk mengelola seluruh proses perancangan arsitektur, mulai dari pengembangan konsep hingga pembuatan gambar teknis (DED). Peran ini menuntut kemampuan untuk menerjemahkan brief klien menjadi solusi spasial yang estetis, fungsional, dan dapat dibangun. Anda akan berkoordinasi secara intensif dengan berbagai disiplin ilmu, termasuk Project Manager, tim lapangan, estimator, dan pengadaan untuk memastikan kelayakan desain. Selain itu, Anda akan terlibat dalam pengawasan desain di lapangan, memberikan solusi teknis selama konstruksi, serta memastikan seluruh dokumentasi proyek tersusun dengan rapi dan sesuai dengan regulasi bangunan yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Manage the architectural design process from concept development to technical drawings (DED) and project implementation; Develop architectural concepts based on client briefs, spatial functions, aesthetics, and project identity; Prepare and ensure the accuracy of architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details; Develop design presentations, sketches, moodboards, and 3D concepts as required; Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Team, Estimator, Procurement, and other related disciplines to ensure design feasibility; Review and revise designs based on client feedback, technical requirements, and site conditions; Support project implementation through design supervision and site visits; Provide design solutions for technical or design issues encountered during construction; Ensure designs comply with project specifications, budget considerations, technical standards, and applicable building regulations; Maintain organized project drawings, revisions, and design documentation.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; 1–3 years of experience as an Architect. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may be considered for Junior Architect positions; Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant architectural design software; Good understanding of technical drawings (DED), construction details, materials, and basic construction methods; Able to translate design concepts into accurate and buildable technical drawings; Strong communication and presentation skills; Good coordination and teamwork skills across different project functions; Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management skills; Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
