Garena is a leading global online games developer and publisher. This role involves supporting country finance teams with month-end closing, ensuring system data accuracy, and managing accounting-related matters. The analyst will evaluate regional financial performance and operational metrics to identify key trends and cost drivers, while actively participating in FP&A objectives, budgeting, and forecasting cycles. Furthermore, the position requires identifying and addressing financial and operational issues by collaborating with local and regional stakeholders. The analyst will work closely with business teams and external partners to resolve financial matters and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing business-as-usual (BAU) processes and reporting efficiency.
Tanggung jawab: Support country finance teams on month-end closing, system data accuracy, and accounting-related matters; Analyze regional financial performance and operational metrics to identify key trends and cost drivers; Participate in FP&A objectives within management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles; Identify and address financial and operational issues by engaging with local and regional stakeholders; Work closely with business teams and external partners to resolve financial matters; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing BAU processes and reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; Professional accounting qualification such as Chartered Accountant or ACCA; Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time working experience in Finance-related roles; Big 4 accounting firm experience is a plus; Strong team player with a keen interest in self-development; Good interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine interest in cross-functional collaboration; Passionate about the finance space and willing to challenge the status quo; Enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment; Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy; Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
