As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an After Sales Staff. Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer and dealer inquiries regarding after-sales services, warranty claims, and product-related issues. 2. Monitor and follow up after-sales cases to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Assist in managing spare parts requests and service-related documentation. 4. Prepare and maintain after-sales reports, records, and service data. 5. Support dealer networks and service centers in resolving operational and technical matters. 6. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and business partners when required. Requirements: 1. Minimum 1 year of working experience in After Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, or related positions. 2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 3. Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written). 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. 5. Willing to work onsite at TAILG Factory, Balaraja, Tangerang Regency. 6. Willing to domestic business trips
