Job Overview The Affiliate Strategist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing affiliate initiatives to achieve business objectives. Develop affiliate project plans, timelines, and performance targets Coordinate task distribution and ensure project execution stays on track Monitor affiliate performance and identify growth opportunities

Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations Identify issues, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Track project progress and ensure alignment across teams

Prepare weekly reports, insights, and performance evaluations Collaborate with stakeholders to support affiliate growth strategist.\ Requirements

Willing to Work from Office (WFO) in Bandung, West Java. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major Minimum 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Project Management, Account Management, or Growth Marketing is preferred
