Affiliate Project Executive

Deskripsi Pekerjaan We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Affiliate Project Executive to support marketing performance initiatives through content analysis, funnel monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. This role will focus on identifying winning content strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring effective collaboration with the Marketing Performance team to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include: Analyze video and content performance based on GMV, CTR, CVR, and other key metrics; Identify winning content patterns and provide actionable insights for optimization; Recommend content improvement strategies to increase performance; Monitor and evaluate funnel performance from views to checkout and GMV; Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards; Coordinate with the Marketing Performance team regarding campaign execution and next actions; Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis; Support data-driven decision making for content and campaign strategies.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields; Experience in Marketing Performance, Content Analysis, or TikTok Affiliate Management is preferred; Strong analytical and reporting skills; Familiar with GMV optimization and performance metrics; Able to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations; Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; Good coordination and communication skills; Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
