Perusahaan ini bergerak di industri estetika dan kecantikan. Posisi Dokter Kecantikan (Aesthetic/Slimming Doctor) bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan konsultasi medis profesional serta melakukan prosedur estetika sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan perawatan pasien. Peran ini mencakup penilaian kondisi pasien, rekomendasi perawatan estetika, produk perawatan kulit, atau program pelangsingan. Dokter juga bertugas memastikan standar perawatan pasien yang tinggi, memonitor progres perawatan, menjaga rekam medis pasien secara akurat, serta berkolaborasi dengan tim klinik untuk memastikan operasional klinik berjalan dengan lancar dan memberikan pengalaman positif bagi pasien.
Tanggung jawab: Provide professional aesthetic consultations and medical advice based on patients’ individual needs and treatment goals; Assess patients’ conditions and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and/or slimming programs; Perform medical aesthetic procedures in accordance with applicable medical standards and company protocols; Provide accurate information and medical advice regarding the company’s products and services; Ensure a high standard of patient care and deliver a positive patient experience throughout the treatment journey; Monitor and evaluate patients’ treatment progress and provide appropriate follow-up recommendations; Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with established procedures; Address patient inquiries and provide appropriate medical explanations regarding treatments, products, and services; Collaborate effectively with the clinic team to ensure quality patient care and smooth clinic operations.
Kualifikasi: Medical Degree from a reputable university; Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience as an Aesthetic Doctor is preferred; Must hold an active STR; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Positive, professional, and patient-oriented personality; Strong interest in the aesthetic and beauty industry.
