Kapal Laut and Blink, a leading jewelry company, are looking for an experienced Administration, Finance & Tax Leader to join our team. Manage daily finance, accounting, and administrative operations Oversee payroll, payments, cash flow, and banking transactions Handle banking relationships and resolve transaction issues Coordinate with external tax consultants and ensure tax compliance Review financial records, reports, and supporting documents Manage fixed assets, system access, and internal controls Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and completed on time Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance and/or Tax Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and banking operations Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills
