Job Description : 1. Ensure that all shipments comply with import regulations, HS codes, and safety standards. 2. Oversee the supply chain, shipment scheduling, customs clearance, and coordination with shipping companies and suppliers.
3. Manage inventory levels, track stock movements in the company’s system, and ensure proper storage. 4. Receive, process, and accurately enter customer orders/POs/SOs (Purchase Orders/Sales Orders) into the system. 5. Prepare invoices, shipping notes, and required sales documents promptly.
6. Coordinate between PMC, the warehouse, and shipping agents to ensure timely delivery. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; preference given to candidates who speak Mandarin
5. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
