Admin Support for Logistic Division - IT Distribution : Is a admin who strong in logic, data and excel, that help and support sales team related to documents delivery of goods. Main Duties :

Support administrative requirements for Sales team. Prepare and /or collecting all the required documents, upload, submit, and follow up with related PIC or divisions. Organizing all the files, filling documents.

Provide Sales Order & Delivery Order Document, mailing, and follow up. Checking prices and stock are up to date. Coordinate / follow up with other departement to solve issues.

Track and route problems, requests and document resolutions. Follow up with team to ensure issue has been resolved. Requirement :

Minimum Diploma (D3). Good understanding about process SO to DO. Good understanding about SAP program will preferred.
