Assist in monitoring inventory levels to support sales team requirements. Coordinate and arrange delivery schedules to customers. Prepare delivery documents (Delivery Order/DO) prior to shipment and collect signed DO after delivery completion.

Conduct monthly stock take (inventory counting) at the end of each month. Manage and coordinate import processes, including documentation and shipment tracking. Organize and supervise container unloading activities.
