About the role GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team based in Pekanbaru, Riau . This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and accuracy of our organisation. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and supporting the broader financial objectives of the company. This role is essential to our operations and offers the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of financial accounting practices within a dynamic and growing organisation. Key responsibilities Processing and recording financial transactions accurately and timely, including invoices, receipts, payments and payroll Preparing and maintaining general ledger accounts and ensuring all entries are properly documented and reconciled Conducting monthly bank reconciliations and identifying and resolving discrepancies Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and management reports Preparing accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations Supporting the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information to internal and external auditors Maintaining accurate and organised financial records and documentation Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures Liaising with vendors, clients and other stakeholders on accounting matters Supporting the Finance team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required What we're looking
