Accounting & Tax Manager

PT Multi Medika Internasional Tbk is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as an Accounting & Tax Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring that all accounting and taxation processes are carried out accurately, timely, and in compliance with the applicable Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK/PSAK) and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Company and its group entities in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).

Perform General Ledger account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Review and supervise accounting journal entries to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards. Oversee and review all corporate tax processes, ensuring full compliance with prevailing tax laws and regulations.

Prepare fiscal reconciliations and provide effective, efficient, and compliant tax planning recommendations and strategies. Review payment requests, financial transactions, supporting documents, and tax implications prior to payment processing. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data reconciliation during ERP implementation or financial system migration projects.

Coordinate with internal auditors, external auditors, and tax consultants during financial audits and tax examinations. Lead, supervise, develop, and evaluate the performance of the Accounting & Tax team to ensure departmental objectives are achieved. Provide financial reports, analysis, and strategic recommendations to management to support business decision-making.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, with prior experience in a public listed company (Tbk) and a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
