Kami mencari profesional Accounting & Tax yang fasih berbahasa Inggris untuk bergabung dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan suportif. Anda akan bertanggung jawab penuh atas siklus akuntansi, mulai dari verifikasi dokumen transaksi, pencatatan jurnal, hingga penyusunan laporan keuangan. Selain itu, Anda akan menangani seluruh kewajiban perpajakan perusahaan (VAT, PPh21, PPh23, e-Faktur) dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi pajak di Indonesia, serta berkoordinasi dengan auditor dan kantor pusat terkait data keuangan.
Tanggung jawab: Review all payment and receipt documents, expense claims and tax invoices (Faktur Pajak); enter accounting entries; record accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory; and prepare financial books; Handle all tax matters: submit VAT, PPh21 and PPh23 returns; generate e-Faktur; prepare withholding tax certificates; and cooperate with tax authority audits; Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and verify cash ledgers with the cashier; Inventory accounting: review documents for the receipt and dispatch of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods; allocate production costs; Prepare local statutory financial statements, provide data to the head office in China as required, and assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements; Organise, bind and file accounting vouchers and tax records in accordance with Indonesian tax law; Oversee accounting procedures relating to BPJS and THR, liaise with auditors, and complete other finance-related tasks.
Kualifikasi: D3/S1 degree in Accounting; At least 2 years’ practical experience in accounting and taxation within the manufacturing sector or at a PMA (Foreign-Invested Enterprise), with a thorough understanding of Indonesian tax system (VAT, PPh21, PPh23, e-Faktur); Proficiency in reading and writing English is Mandatory ; a basic understanding of Chinese is an advantage; Proficient in Excel; experience with Accurate or SAP is Mandatory; Meticulous and detail-oriented, with an understanding of internal controls and a strong awareness of document compliance.
