Tanggung jawab: Manage and monitor customer invoice issuance and ensure timely billing; Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers to ensure collection; Record incoming payments and perform AR reconciliation; Communicate with sales and operational teams to resolve invoice discrepancies or disputes; Maintain accurate AR aging reports and support monthly closing processes; Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to receivables; Support internal and external audit processes as required; Job Requirements:; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Detail-oriented, good analytical and communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (NCC, Kingdee or similar is a plus); Able to work both independently and in a team; Mandarin speaker is an advantage due to coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients or stakeholders.
