Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team and play a key role in managing client accounts. You will work directly with colleagues and clients in English, so strong written and spoken communication is essential. Work Arrangement:
On-site work at our office (8 hours per day). Full-time position. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within an outsourcing or shared-services environment. Fluent in English (spoken and written) - this is mandatory.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
Experience with Public Accounting Firm is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset. Duties & Responsibilities:
