Perusahaan mencari Accounting Staff yang detail-oriented dan analitis untuk bergabung dengan tim. Kandidat ideal harus memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang prinsip akuntansi, pelaporan keuangan, akuntansi persediaan, dan penghitungan biaya produk. Pengalaman di bidang manufaktur, pengolahan, perdagangan, FMCG, agribisnis, atau perdagangan komoditas sangat diutamakan. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab menangani aktivitas akuntansi harian termasuk entri jurnal, rekonsiliasi akun, dan transaksi antarperusahaan. Tugas utama Anda mencakup mendukung proses penutupan bulanan, menyiapkan laporan keuangan yang akurat, menganalisis biaya produksi, pergerakan persediaan, dan Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP), serta memantau margin laba kotor. Anda juga akan membantu persiapan data dan laporan perpajakan, mendukung audit internal dan eksternal, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi dan prosedur pengendalian internal perusahaan.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and product costing. This role will be r; 1. Accounting & Financial Reporting; Handle daily accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions; Support monthly closing processes and prepare accurate financial reports; Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documents; 2. Costing & Inventory; Analyze production costs, inventory movements, production yield, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS); Monitor gross margins and investigate cost variances; Support inventory reconciliation and product costing analysis; 3. Tax; Assist in preparing tax-related data and supporting documents; Perform tax data reconciliation and support tax reporting activities; Ensure tax-related documents are properly maintained and organized; 4. Finance & Business Analysis; Prepare financial analyses and reports to support business decisions; Identify financial variances, potential risks, and areas for improvement; Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations; 5. Audit & Internal Control; Support internal and external audit activities by preparing the required data and documentation; Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, company procedures, and internal control standards; Assist in maintaining proper documentation for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting; Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Costing; Experience in Finance, Tax, or Audit will be an advantage; Experience in manufacturing, processing, trading, FMCG, agribusiness, or commodity businesses is highly preferred; Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting; Good understanding of inventory accounting and product costing; Basic to good understanding of Indonesian taxation and tax administration; Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or accounting systems; Experience with Odoo is a strong advantage; Detail-oriented with good documentation and organizational skills; Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments; Good command of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
