Accounting Receivable

Qualifications – Account Receivable (AR) Staff Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in Account Receivable, Finance, or a related role. Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, accounts receivable processes, and account reconciliation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis functions is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow up on outstanding payments professionally. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve collection targets. High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
