Manage and supervise all accounting activities in accordance with PSAK and company policies. Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial closing. Prepare, review, and analyze the company's financial statements.Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, withholding tax, and tax reporting (SPT). Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and internal control processes.Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit activities. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business decisions. Develop and improve accounting SOPs, systems, and operational processes.Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team. Ensure the effective implementation and optimization of the ERP/accounting system. Handle tax office requirements and maintain compliance with regulatory authorities.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.; Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.; Experience in the textile or garment manufacturing industry is preferred.; Experienced in preparing financial statements and managing internal/external audits.; Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.; Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.; Brevet A & B, CPA, or CA certification is an advantage.; Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage..
