Accounting Executive untuk klien (Freelance) bertanggung jawab menangani berbagai siklus akuntansi dan keuangan secara menyeluruh guna mendukung kelancaran operasional keuangan klien. Peran ini mencakup pengelolaan Accounts Payable (AP) beserta pemrosesan pembayaran kepada pemasok, pengelolaan Accounts Receivable (AR) serta pemantauan penagihan pelanggan, serta pemantauan dan tindak lanjut klaim kredit dari pelanggan maupun pemasok. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas melakukan rekonsiliasi bank dan akun, mencatat serta memelihara transaksi akuntansi umum secara akurat, menjaga dokumentasi akuntansi yang baik, serta mendukung kontrol internal yang efektif. Kandidat juga diharapkan mampu memberikan dukungan untuk berbagai aktivitas keuangan dan akuntansi lainnya yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan klien dengan tingkat ketelitian dan kemandirian yang tinggi.
Tanggung jawab: Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and supplier payment processing; Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and monitor customer collections; Monitor and follow up on credit claims from customers and suppliers; Perform bank and account reconciliations; Record and maintain general accounting transactions accurately; Maintain proper accounting documentation and support effective internal controls; Support other accounting and finance activities as required; Syarat & Kualifikasi; Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field; Preferably from FMCG/distribution companies, accounting firms, or audit firms; Familiar with full accounting cycle and general accounting processes; Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently; Fluent in English is mandatory, both written and verbal; Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Experience using Xero or similar accounting software; Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team; Preferably based in Bali, but candidates who are able to work remotely (WFA) are also welcome; Candidates are required to submit a short self-introduction video in English as part of the application process.
