Accounting and Tax Manager

Accounting: Support AOS Assistant Managers in bridging the communication between AOS Seniors in charge with their respective clients when necessary. Support AOS Seniors in retrieving the required financial data and information for the compilation work from our clients.

Build a good, responsive & constructive relationship with our clients. Provide support for AOS Assistant Managers in overseeing AOS Seniors in handling of our client’s monthly Accounting compilation work. Review and cover AOS Seniors in preparing Financial Statements and Qualitative Analysis for our clients when necessary.

Build an inclusive and supportive environment & support for the AOS Assistant Managers and AOS Seniors to accommodate their productivity. Train and supervise the AOS Assistant Managers. Develop internal operational SOPs.

Report and answer to AOS Senior Managers and above. Manage and serve key clients of the AOS department. Taking part in AOS business development.

Keep up to date with the latest regulations related to PSAK and / or IFRS, as well as taxation. Tax: Handle our clients’ monthly tax compliance work.
