Accounting Admin

About the role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Admin to join the team at COOK AND ROO'S in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our organisation. As Accounting Admin, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing essential administrative support to our accounting department. This position is integral to supporting the smooth functioning of our financial processes and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key responsibilities Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, expense claims and receipts, with accuracy and timeliness Maintaining and organising financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies Preparing financial reports and statements for review by senior accounting staff Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including tracking payments and following up on outstanding invoices

Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial close procedures Assisting with payroll processing and employee expense claims administration Maintaining general ledger accounts and ensuring all entries are properly classified and coded

Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including scheduling, correspondence and data entry Assisting with tax preparation and ensuring compliance with relevant tax obligations What we're looking for
