Kami mencari Accountant yang fasih berbahasa Mandarin untuk menangani operasional akuntansi harian di perusahaan kami yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Peran ini sangat penting dalam menjaga integritas keuangan perusahaan dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi yang berlaku. Anda akan bertanggung jawab menyiapkan voucher akuntansi, laporan keuangan, serta mengelola akuntansi biaya dan pengeluaran. Selain itu, Anda akan menangani pelaporan pajak, rekonsiliasi bank, dan berkoordinasi dengan pihak eksternal seperti auditor dan otoritas pajak. Kemampuan untuk menyajikan data keuangan secara tepat waktu sesuai standar kantor pusat di Tiongkok sangat diharapkan.
Tanggung jawab: Handle the Indonesian company’s day-to-day accounting, and prepare accounting vouchers and financial statements; Manage cost accounting, review expenses, and track budget execution to support project cost control; Handle tax filings, bank reconciliations, and financial settlements; Submit financial data and reports on time in accordance with the Chinese headquarters’ finance requirements; Assist with coordination with local auditors, tax authorities, and other external organizations to ensure compliant operations; Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Kualifikasi: A university degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field; Experience in the oil industry is preferred; Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, sufficient to handle Chinese-language financial documents and day-to-day communication; Familiarity with Indonesian financial and tax regulations is preferred; Long-term residents of Jakarta are preferred.
